Heartsaver CPR

The Heartsaver CPR Course is designed to teach CPR and relief of foreign-body airway obstruction (FBAO) to all lay rescuers, particularly those who are expected to respond to emergencies in the work place. Heartsaver CPR is specifically designed for the lay rescuer who are required to obtain a course completion card -a credential- documenting completion of a CPR course. Course time is approximately 2hrs.

The Heartsaver Course can be combined with a child and infant CPR module at an additional cost. Course time is approximately 3hrs.

Heartsavers AED

The Heartsaver AED Course is a comprehensive course for the first responder, designed to teach CPR, use of an automated external defibrillator (AED), and relief of foreign- body- airway obstruction (FBAO) to all lay responders , particularly those who are expected to respond to an emergency in the workplace. It is specifically designed for the lay rescuer who are required to obtain a course completion card documenting completion of a CPR/AED course. Course time is approximately 2-3hrs.

The Heartsaver AED Course can be combined with a child and infant module at an additional cost. Course time is approximately 3hrs.

Heartsaver First–Aid

The Hearstsavers First–Aid Course targets all lay responders. These responders are trained in victim assessment, bleeding control, and immobilization. Course time approximately 2hrs.

The Hearstsavers First–Aid CPR course combines CPR with victim assessment, bleeding control, and immobilization. Course time approximately: 5hrs.

The Hearstsavers First–Aid CPR /AED Course combines CPR/AED use with victim assessment, bleeding control, and immobilization. Course time approximately 7hrs.

BLS for Healthcare Providers

The BLS for Healthcare Provider Course is designed to teach the skills of CPR for victims of all ages (including ventilating with a barrier device, a bag- valve mask device, and oxygen). Use of an automated external defibrillator (AED) and relief of foreign-body airway obstruction (FBAO). It is intended for participants who provide healthcare to patients in a wide variety of settings, including in hospital and out of hospital settings. The course is also designed for anyone who is required to take a healthcare provider course. Course time is approximately 3-4hrs.

Bloodborne Pathogens

This training module is designed to provide a basic understanding of bloodborne pathogens, common modes of their transmission, methods of prevention, and other pertinent information. Course time is approximately 1hr.
